Concrete Worker


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Lisbon. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces such as floors, sidewalks, and driveways. Your main duty will be to ensure that the concrete is properly mixed, poured and leveled according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare worksite by setting up forms and ensuring proper alignment
- Mix concrete according to specific ratios and pour into designated areas
- Smooth, level and finish concrete surfaces using hand or power tools
- Place wire mesh or rebar for additional reinforcement as needed
- Monitor curing process and make adjustments as necessary
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment after use

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Knowledge of mixing proportions and techniques for different types of concrete projects
- Physical strength and stamina to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods of time
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail for precise measurements and finishes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in concrete work is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1700$ per month, based on qualifications and experience.

Location:
This position is based in Lisbon. While we do not have strict nationality requirements, candidates must be legally eligible to work in Portugal.
