We are hiring a qualified and experienced Librarian to join our team in Lisbon. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our library collection, assisting patrons with research and reference questions, and developing library programs and services.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the library's physical and digital collections, including cataloguing and shelving materials
- Assist patrons with research and reference inquiries, providing guidance on information resources and databases
- Develop and implement library programs and services to meet the needs of our community
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate library resources into curriculum
- Create engaging displays to promote library materials and events
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming library space
- Train volunteers and student assistants on library procedures
- Stay current on developments in the field of librarianship through professional development opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Previous experience working in a library setting preferred
- Knowledge of cataloguing systems and online databases
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others
