Interpreter (Part-time)



We are searching for a skilled Interpreter to join our team in Funchal on a part-time basis. As an interpreter, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between individuals who speak different languages. This requires excellent language skills and the ability to accurately convey meaning and tone.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret spoken language from one language to another accurately and efficiently.
- Facilitate effective communication between parties by providing accurate translations.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and follow ethical standards while interpreting.
- Understand cultural differences and adapt interpretation accordingly.
- Utilize translation equipment when necessary.
- Keep updated with technical terminology related to the subject matter being interpreted.

Requirements:
- Fluency in at least two languages.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience as an interpreter or similar role preferred, but not required for freshers.
- Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work in fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of cultural sensitivity and etiquette.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Funchal, Portugal
