We are in need of an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Funchal. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling incoming calls and emails, and ensuring the overall functionality of the office.
