Junior Plasterer


We are a reputable construction company based in Braga, seeking a Junior Plasterer to join our team. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1700. As a Junior Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying plaster to interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and other structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix plaster materials according to instructions
- Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using various tools such as trowels, brushes, or spray guns
- Create decorative finishes such as stucco or textured patterns
- Repair damaged areas of existing plasterwork
- Ensure all work is completed within the given timeframe and meets quality standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of mixing and applying plaster materials preferred
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and work at heights using scaffolding or ladders
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment

Location:
This position is based in Braga but may require travel to different job sites within the city.
