Architecture Manager

A reputable architecture firm in Braga is seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all phases of architectural projects, including design, construction, and budgeting.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful completion.
- Oversee the work of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
- Review and approve project proposals, designs, and materials.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
- Identify and resolve any project-related problems or conflicts that may arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architecture management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Braga preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
