Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment according to safety regulations
- Perform pre- and post-operation inspections on equipment
- Safely transport materials using the equipment
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, training will be provided on-site
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays if necessary
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Must have basic knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
