Office Administrator
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Faro. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks of the office. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to gain experience in administration and develop their skills in a professional setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and files
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with invoicing, accounting, and other financial tasks as needed
- Support HR department with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial in this role
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
This full-time position offers a salary of $900 per month. We welcome candidates of all nationalities to apply. However, due to the nature of this job being primarily office-based with local clients, we prefer candidates who are already based in Faro or nearby cities.
