Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Faro! As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or redirecting to the appropriate person
- Maintain and update company databases and files
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Schedule appointments and meetings for company executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Process and track invoices, expenses, and other financial documents
- Assist with recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by superiors

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Faro.
