Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Dubai. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring the smooth running of all administrative tasks.
Salary: 1200$
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for senior management
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Manage travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Maintain filing systems and organize important documents
- Monitor office inventory and place orders as required
- Assist in recruitment process by posting job ads and scheduling interviews
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Train new employees on office procedures
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Salary: 1200$
Preferred Nationality: Malayalees/Canadians preferred but not required.
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. We welcome candidates without prior experience who are willing to learn. We also offer free visa sponsorship and air ticket for selected candidates.
