Office Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Isa Town. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring efficient operation of the office, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, excellent time management skills, and attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, and visa sponsorship is available for non-Bahraini nationals. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
