A reputable company in Siauliai is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets through effective planning, organizing, and managing the sales team. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$. We are open to applications from candidates of all nationalities, but preference will be given to Pakistani nationals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company objectives
- Manage and lead the sales team by setting clear goals, providing guidance and support, and evaluating performance
- Identify new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and customer feedback to make necessary adjustments in the sales strategy

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the sales field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
