Foundry Technician



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Foundry Technician to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Foundry Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various foundry equipment, as well as performing quality control checks on the castings produced.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain foundry equipment such as furnaces, molders, and pouring systems
- Monitor production process and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct quality control checks on castings using various measuring tools and techniques
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth production flow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a foundry or metal casting environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Experience with quality control procedures preferred

This is a contract position with potential for full-time employment. Salary is $1600 per month. We welcome applications from Canadians or those legally authorized to work in Canada.
