We are in need of a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Remish, Nepal. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for the preservation and restoration of historical buildings and structures. Your main duties will include conducting site visits, analyzing historical documents and records, developing preservation plans, and overseeing construction projects. You must have a strong understanding of architectural history, materials, and building techniques to ensure the accurate restoration of these structures. This position offers a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess the condition of historical buildings
- Research and analyze historical documents and records related to the building
- Develop preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and historical accuracy
- Oversee construction projects to ensure proper restoration techniques are being used
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Provide guidance on materials and techniques for repairs and restorations
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Preservation Architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural history, materials, and building techniques
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in English (Nepali language skills preferred)
- Passion for preserving historical buildings and structures
