Architectural Technologist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing architectural designs and plans for various construction projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that designs meet building codes, regulations, and client specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and project management. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month, along with accommodation and visa support. No previous experience is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet all requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of proposed designs
- Research building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations to ensure compliance
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Review project progress to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and structural design principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Familiarity with Russian building codes and regulations
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
