Office Assistant

We are hiring an Office Assistant for our busy office in Chelyabinsk. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, as well as assisting with various office tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an office setting. No prior experience is required, but proficiency in English is preferred. Accommodation is not provided, but we offer a free visa and ticket for our international applicants from Africa or any English-speaking country.
