We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Moscow. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing product displays and promotions to attract customers and increase sales. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$, open to Indian nationals with fluency in English.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative product display ideas to showcase merchandise effectively
- Set up and arrange products on shelves and displays according to company guidelines
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstocking issues
- Collaborate with sales team to plan promotions and special offers
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitor strategies
- Maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store

Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual guidelines accurately
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have valid visa/permit for working in Moscow
