Mason Supervisor

We are currently hiring for a Mason Supervisor to join our team in Salalah. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of masons, ensuring that all projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the work of masons on various construction projects
- Ensure that all work is completed according to safety standards and project specifications
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project managers
- Train new masons and provide ongoing training for current employees
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment needed for projects
- Coordinate with other tradespeople on site to ensure efficient completion of projects

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a mason, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project specifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Valid mason certification or trade license preferred

This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month, with the possibility for growth within our company.
