Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist



We are hiring an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Ufa! As a computer support specialist, you will provide technical assistance to our clients and ensure their computer systems and networks are running efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to start their career in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients via phone, email, or in person
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up new user accounts and provide training on basic computer functions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical problems
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary equipment or supplies for repairs or upgrades
- Create technical documentation and manuals for clients' reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and troubleshoot effectively
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Ufa. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently living in Ufa.

Preferred Nationality:
This job is open to all nationalities. However, we welcome applications from Indian candidates who can speak English fluently.

Experience:
No prior experience is required for this entry-level position. However, experience in a customer service or technical support role would be beneficial.
