Architecture Manager



We are currently seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Izhevsk. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design projects, from conception to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as technical expertise in the field of architecture.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure successful completion of projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans that meet their goals and budget
- Review and approve all architectural designs, ensuring they comply with local building codes and regulations
- Oversee the budgeting and scheduling of projects, ensuring timely completion within allocated resources
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance to the team
- Mentor and develop junior architects, providing guidance on technical skills and career development
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in the field of architecture

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience managing a team
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Prior experience working with international clients
