We are currently hiring for the position of Architectural Technologist in Mauren, offering a competitive salary of 1400$ per month. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for providing technical and design support to our team of architects and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed drawings and specifications
- Utilize CAD software to create accurate and precise technical drawings
- Participate in site visits to gather necessary information and measurements
- Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations
- Assist with project management tasks such as budget tracking and timeline management
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 2+ years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
