Restaurant Manager


As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Balzers. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers have a positive and enjoyable dining experience while also managing the financial performance of the restaurant.

Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Hiring, training, and supervising staff
- Creating work schedules and assigning tasks
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise
- Managing budgets and controlling costs
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop menu items and maintain quality standards
- Conducting regular staff performance evaluations
- Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in restaurant management is required.

Salary: 1700$ per month

This position is open to all nationalities, however fluency in English is preferred. Accommodation will not be provided, therefore this job would be suitable for individuals who already reside in Balzers or are willing to relocate at their own expense.
