Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to join our team in Moscow. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for building projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that designs are accurate and feasible. This is a contract position, suitable for men, with a salary of 1300$.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop designs
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information and verify design accuracy
- Make revisions to designs as needed based on feedback from stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
