Courier Supervisor



Are you an experienced Courier looking for a supervisory role? Do you have excellent organizational and communication skills? We are seeking a Courier Supervisor to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of packages and documents to various locations in the city.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the courier team
- Assign routes and schedules for efficient delivery of packages
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to couriers
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all packages
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery
- Handle any customer inquiries or issues related to deliveries
- Train new couriers on company policies and procedures
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a courier, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be physically fit to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
