Facade Technician

A growing construction company in Balzers is seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining building facades. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair building facades using various materials such as glass, metal, and stone
- Perform regular maintenance on existing facades to ensure they are in good condition
- Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues with building facades
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Facade Technician or in a similar role
- Technical knowledge of facade materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Are fluent in Malayalam or French (depending on the nationality preference)
- Do not require English proficiency for the job
- Have experience working on building facades in high-rise buildings
- Have their own accommodation in Balzers or are willing to relocate
