We are seeking a highly organized and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Medina. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of our clients' weddings, from initial consultation to the big day. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, source vendors, manage budgets, and ensure a flawless event. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$, without accommodation. Freshers with a passion for event planning are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and preferences
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors such as venues, caterers, florists, etc.
- Create detailed timelines and budgets for each event
- Coordinate all logistics including transportation, accommodations, and guest list management
- Oversee the set-up and execution of the wedding day
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or changes
- Handle any last-minute issues or emergencies during events

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Planning or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and vendors
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Passion for event planning and creating unforgettable experiences
