We are seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Vilnius. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving historical buildings and structures through restoration, renovation, and rehabilitation projects. Your main tasks will include conducting assessments and surveys of historical sites, developing preservation plans and designs, and overseeing construction work. You will also need to collaborate with various stakeholders such as government agencies, engineers, and contractors to ensure that preservation work is carried out according to best practices and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a degree in architecture or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in historic preservation projects. Strong knowledge of building materials and techniques used in different historical periods is required, as well as proficiency in architectural software. This position offers a salary of $900 per month and visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
