A reputable retail company in Jizan is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to drive sales through effective merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans that align with company objectives
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and placement
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product assortment and display
- Create visually appealing displays that attract customers and increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts
- Train and coach store staff on proper merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
