Waiter/Waitress


We are currently seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a restaurant in Ashdod. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks to customers promptly
- Suggest menu items and answer any questions about the menu
- Ensure tables are cleared and cleaned promptly after customers leave
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Pakistani nationality preferred but not required
