Entry-Level Merchandiser



We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and display products in-store according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the store manager to restock as needed
- Create visually appealing displays to attract customers and promote sales
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions or special events
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability, proper display, and adherence to company standards
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure effective communication and cooperation
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends, competitors' products, and customer preferences
- Assist in training new merchandisers as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree is a plus
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of merchandising techniques, visual displays, and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
