Industrial Engineer


We are currently hiring an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes, developing and implementing new systems, and improving overall efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement in production processes
- Develop and implement new systems to optimize production efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for cost reduction and process improvement
- Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet standards
- Train production staff on new processes or equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and changes
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to industrial engineering

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings
- Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using industrial engineering software tools such as CAD, Minitab, or SIMUL8
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salary: 900$ per month. Preference given to Indian nationals. This is a full-time position. Fluent English proficiency is required.
