Architectural Technologist



We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Atlanta. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and construction of various architectural projects. This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop design concepts and plans
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project development
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural drafting or design
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant programs such as Revit or SketchUp
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
