Your duties will include managing a team of architects and designers, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals, and overseeing the design process from concept to construction. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture, strong leadership skills, and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all architectural projects from conception to completion
- Manage a team of architects and designers
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time
- Review plans, designs, and specifications for accuracy
- Provide guidance to team members on technical issues
- Maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with completed projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Creative problem-solving abilities
