Sous Chef



We are hiring a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Atlanta. As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Head Chef to create and execute delicious and innovative dishes for our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure quality and consistency in all dishes
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also maintaining traditional ones
- Passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Atlanta (US citizens or permanent residents preferred)
