Architecture Manager



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. This includes managing the design process, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and overseeing the work of architects and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design process for architectural projects, ensuring that all designs meet project requirements and are within budget
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Review and approve architectural plans and drawings
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Provide technical guidance to architects and other team members
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design or project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ashdod (open to candidates from Canada)
