Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Manama. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team
- Manage calendars and maintain accurate records of all appointments and events
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate person or department
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, placing orders, and verifying receipts
- Assist with onboarding new employees by completing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
- Ensure the confidentiality of all sensitive company information
- Other administrative duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Experience working in a similar role within the professional services industry

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Manama
