Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager in our dynamic and innovative firm, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process. With your strong leadership skills and extensive experience in the field, you will ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects, designers, and engineers in creating innovative and functional designs for our clients
- Oversee the entire design process from conceptualization to construction
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful delivery
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
