Office Assistant
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Ashdod. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate staff members
- Manage office supplies and order new supplies as needed
- Keep the office neat and organized at all times
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members when necessary
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
- 1+ years of experience in an office environment is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
