We are currently hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Kaunas. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining construction equipment such as excavators, backhoes, and bulldozers. You will also be responsible for completing excavation projects according to project plans, safety guidelines, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of excavation equipment to complete assigned tasks
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Follow project plans and blueprints to accurately complete excavation projects
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate project tasks
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and report any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Valid excavator operator license/certification preferred
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations
- Physically fit with the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
