Junior Baker


We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Baker to join our team in Lom. As a Junior Baker, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of various baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes. You will work closely with our experienced bakers to learn and develop your skills in all aspects of baking.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation of doughs and batters according to recipes
- Operating baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
- Decorating and finishing baked goods with precision and creativity
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Following all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Learning new techniques and recipes from senior bakers

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen setting preferred but not required
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
