Contract Administrator
Our company is seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing contracts and agreements with clients and vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and vendors
- Monitor contract progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts
- Maintain contract databases and update records as needed
- Provide support in the development of new contracts and amendments
- Conduct research on legal regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance
- Prepare reports on contract status, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with finance department to handle billing and invoicing for contracts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
- Familiarity with legal terms, contract law, and procurement processes
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
