Facade Technician


We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Washington, D.C. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining building facades, including glass, metal panels, and curtain walls. This is a full-time position suitable for experienced professionals without accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair building facades according to design specifications
- Perform regular maintenance on existing facades to ensure safety and functionality
- Troubleshoot and fix any issues with facades, such as leaks or cracks
- Work with a variety of materials including glass, metal panels, and curtain walls
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure proper installation and maintenance of facades
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working at heights

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Facade Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in reading construction plans and diagrams
- Experience working with various facade materials such as glass, metal panels, and curtain walls
- Strong understanding of safety protocols when working at heights
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Must have valid work visa sponsorship

Salary: $1700 per month
