Facade Installer

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Installer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Facade Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining exterior cladding systems on buildings and other structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain various types of facade systems, including glass, metal, stone, and composite materials
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine installation requirements
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications
- Properly secure materials using adhesives, anchors, or mechanical fasteners
- Seal joints and seams using waterproofing techniques to prevent leaks
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure proper installation and functionality
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices while on site

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in facade installation is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facade installation or a related field
- Excellent understanding of building structures and construction techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Basic mathematical skills for measuring and cutting materials
- Physical ability to work at heights using scaffolding or other equipment as needed
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

This is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.
