Job Title: Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in production processes. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the products produced by the machines.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machinery according to established procedures
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth functioning and identify any issues or malfunctions
- Adjust machine settings and controls as needed to maintain product quality and meet production targets
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
- Keep accurate records of production activities, including machine logs and maintenance reports
- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment
- Working knowledge of different types of machinery used in production processes
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
