We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our construction team in Las Vegas. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete surfaces on various construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction site by setting up and organizing equipment and materials
- Build and install concrete forms according to specifications
- Pour, spread, and level concrete using various hand tools and power tools
- Smooth concrete surface using trowels or other finishing tools
- Monitor curing process to ensure proper drying
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in the concrete surface
- Perform daily maintenance on equipment and tools used on the job site

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with concrete in a construction setting
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50lbs)
- Comfortable working in an outdoor environment with exposure to various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently without supervision

Salary:
As a Concrete Worker, you can expect to earn a starting salary of $1400 per week. Salary may vary depending on experience level.
