Computer Support Specialist


As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users in St. Petersburg. Your main duties will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems and networks, and providing training to users on how to use new technology. You must have a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively assist users with technical issues. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users in person, over the phone, or via email
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems
- Install and configure computer systems and networks
- Set up user accounts and permissions
- Train users on new technology or software applications
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements
- Create user guides or manuals for commonly asked questions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Good knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Strong customer service orientation with a patient and friendly approach
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Education:
A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not required. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are also desirable.

Language:
Fluency in English is required for this position.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
