Preservation Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Moscow. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic structures and buildings, ensuring their longevity and historical significance. This job is suitable for men from Pakistan or Egypt who have strong English speaking skills and require visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on the history and architecture of historic buildings to understand their cultural significance
- Develop preservation plans and strategies to ensure the structural integrity of historic buildings
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to oversee restoration projects
- Conduct site visits to assess the condition of historic structures and identify areas in need of preservation
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for restoration projects
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities for restoration projects
- Monitor construction progress and ensure that restoration work is carried out according to preservation standards
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and community members regarding preservation plans and progress updates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Preservation Architect or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural history, materials, techniques, and preservation standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or other design software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and stay within budget constraints
- Effective communication skills in English
and preferably also Urdu or Arabic
to collaborate with international clients from Pakistan or Egypt
