Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your main goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the specific needs of clients and adhere to building codes and safety regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial processes, materials, and equipment in order to design structures that can support heavy machinery and large-scale operations.

Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to determine their needs, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed plans and blueprints for industrial buildings, including layout, structural components, electrical systems, plumbing, etc.
- Consider factors such as sustainability, energy efficiency, safety regulations, and accessibility in the design process
- Collaborate with engineers and builders to ensure the feasibility and functionality of designs
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Make any necessary adjustments or modifications during the construction phase
- Conduct site visits to assess building conditions and make recommendations for improvements or repairs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Location: This role is based in Faisalabad but may involve travel to client sites as needed.

Salary: The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
