Milling Machine Operator


We are hiring a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Set up and operate milling machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, shaping, and boring
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making any necessary adjustments
- Maintain and clean machines regularly to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Milling Machine Operator or in a similar role
- Familiarity with technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to use various precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Good physical stamina as this job may require standing for long periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Experience working with different materials such as metal or plastic
- Knowledge of different types of milling machines
- Experience with CNC machinery
