We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our restaurant located in Dar Kulaib. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, budgeting, inventory management, and customer service.
- Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Monitor expenses and control costs to ensure profitability.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create new menu items or specials.
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff members.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Proficient in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have own visa or be eligible for sponsorship in Dar Kulaib.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.
